When you place an order, and we convert your picture to a pattern, we will send you back an e-mail including the following:

    A Cover Page – This will include a colored picture of the entire charted pattern, which will show how the pattern resembles the picture.

    The Charted Pattern – This is the pattern you will use to create your cross-stitch.  The pattern will be in black and white, and each symbol in each square will represent a stitch.

    A Symbol Cross Reference Guide – This will identify the symbol that corresponds with each of the floss, as well as a description of the associated color.

     If your pattern is too large to fit on one page, don't worry.  When you print out the pattern, your pages will be numbered so that you may align them.

     When submitting a picture, you are certifying that you either own the picture, own the copyright, have permission to use it, or that it is in a public domain.
